…The privilege of calling jobseekers to tell them we are going to fully pay for their CDL training to become well paid truck drivers in a few weeks and rise abov economic poverty, some for the first time in their life. And to hear their joy/thanks/disbelief that someone would extend such grace without asking anything in return. It is such a memorable day in their lives. It’s a pure joy to be part of it. And a reminder that we too have been extended an even greater grace beyond measure.
